1850 GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN HARD TIMES TOKEN 5 CENTS GOOD ONLY AT CITY STORE
Made of white metal or aluminum.
One side says Good Only At City Store 5 Grand Rapids, Mich. There is a hole through the body of the 5.
Reverse side has a hand holding a triple beam scale, the Great Seal of The United States with the Eagle in flight rather than upright, and the date 1850 at the bottom.
Struck well with very little signs of wear or circulation.
There is a slight bend through the lower left side when looking at the front.
