I do not know if this stone is real or not. I bought it with the appraisal at an auction. I do not state that the stone or appraisal is genuine.  I researched the appraisal company on the Internet and it appears to be a reputable firm - check it out yourself. All I know is what the appraisal reads. So you are buying it as is, maybe a good deal or maybe not. If you cannot read the appraisal, please ask for more pics.
