    Offered here is a scarce token that could fit both Early American or Hard Times catalog listing. It is undated but issued between 1829 and 1833 as the store card for Farnsworth Phipps & Company of Boston Mass. Listed as HT-162 and rarity 3 the company were dealers in both foreign and American dry goods. A token struck by Wright and Bale of New York. A high grade token with one edge knock at about 7oc.
