Vintage Chevrolet Racing Advertising Clock on Chrome Air Cleaner~GM Licensed

Description

The clock measures 10" by 3" thick...the hands stick up a little higher.
There is a sticker on the back that reads, "GM Official licensed product. General Motors Trademarks used under license to Cool Clocks."
It is in nice condition. There is a little bit of pitting throughout the surface of the chrome. It's not bad, but should be mentioned. Also, the Chevy logo has also some of the red worn off.
The clock works.
It seems to be a faiy uncommon piece in that I have been unable to find anything else quite like it with a Google image or description search. Not sure when it was made, but it doesn't look new.
