The 11-lamp illumination set is for use in vintage portable microfilm cameras.  The bulbs are brand new (old stock) in their original box.  There is some discoloration of the metal on the bulbs due to age; the box is missing one inside end flap and exhibits a tear.
On the side of the box someone wrote "Library" and "GE 90 OF".
The pictures give a good visual of the condition.
The 11-bulb set for sale is the exact one shown in the pictures.
Shipping is via USPS First Class mail to anywhere in the US, and includes insurance
